City of Hamilton Lobbyist Registry

The City of Hamilton has implemented a Lobbyist Registry as of August 1, 2015. The Registry is designed to allow members of the public to know who is lobbying the City of Hamilton’s public office holders, and aligns with the City of Hamilton’s Values and Strategic Priorities. Registering lobbying activities is a quick and simple process that can be done by visiting www.hamilton.ca/lobbyistregistry.

The City of Hamilton wants to work with the Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce and its members to help educate the business community respecting provisions of the Lobbyist Registry By-law. The City is encouraging all stakeholders to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Lobbyist Registry By-law. To find more information, register as a lobbyists or search the registry please visit www.hamilton.ca/lobbyistregistry for more information, or contact Christopher Newman, Lobbyist Registry Program Coordinator at 905-546-2424 x 2190.
